How much does Streamloots cost?
Creating your card collection and gifting your packs to your community is totally free. Once you start selling packs, Streamloots will keep a 20% commission fee. This fee will be less if you become a Streamloots Partner (where the fee will be 10%). You will find the requirements to become a Partner in your creator dashboard. The payment methods commissions are externals to Streamloots.
Do I have to declare sales taxes?
Yes, all sales made on your Streamloots page must be declared according to the laws of your country. As a seller, you are responsible for declaring all taxes corresponding to the entire sale, deducting Streamloots commissions and payment methods. Where is money going?
The money is in your Streamloots account. You will receive the corresponding money from the packs sold throughout the month, on the 15th of the following month, or the following working day if the 15th is a bank holiday in Spain. You can see the next payout date on your earnings page. For example, the money of all the chests sold during February will be sent to you on March 15th, using the payment method and the account that you choose in your panel. Why the 15th? Can I change the price of the chests?
Sure, you can set any price on your chests. The minimum amount for 1 single chest is 0.99€ (or $0.99). Keep in mind that payment platforms take a fee of the total payment amount so we recommend that the price of 1 single chest is not lower than $1,49 (or 1,49€). Paysafecard takes a 15%, Paypal and Credit card payments take $0.05 and 5%. Payment platforms fees are external to Streamloots and they could vary.
Yes, you have 15 days to request a refund of any purchased chest. This refund can not be requested once you have opened a chest. If you have purchased a pack with more than one chest, you will not be able to request a refund once you open any of those chests. However the money could be refunded if the payment is fraudulent. If it is detected that a user buys chests only to have the purchase alert displayed, and then requests a refund, their account will be blocked immediately.
What if the money becomes disputed?
If the purchases become disputed, our team will manage all disputes with the payment platform (credit card, PayPal, etc.), sending all the information of the user who made the purchase and talking directly with the payment method companies. If we finally lose the dispute, the money associated with fraudulent purchases will be removed from the frozen balance, but Streamloots will assume all costs arising from the dispute, which can be more than € 20 per purchase. Fraudulent payments and disputes
Streamloots fully protects you from fraudulent purchases and will bear any costs arising from disputes. A fraudulent payment is the one that payment platforms (PayPal, credit cards, etc.) mark as fraudulent. This usually happens because the payment is made from a stolen credit card or PayPal account. Why part of my money has been frozen or hold?
Because some of the purchases on your site have been marked as fraudulent by the payment platform. This happens when a user buys using stolen credit cards or Paypal accounts and the owner reports the purchases. Streamloots implements different mechanisms to try to detect these cases before they occur but these mechanisms, despite being in continuous evolution, are not 100% infallible. I have been charged for the packs but haven't received them yet
Sometimes payments can take a few days in order to be confirmed and for the process to be completed. This is not the usual case, but it can happen sometimes. You may be charged and not receive the packs immediately after that.
