If the purchases become disputed, our team will manage all disputes with the payment platform (credit card, PayPal, etc.), sending all the information of the user who made the purchase and talking directly with the payment method companies.

This is a slow external process and it can take up to 180 days to be resolved between Streamloots, the bank and the payment processor (PayPal, Stripe).

If we finally lose the dispute, the money associated with fraudulent purchases will be removed from the frozen balance, but Streamloots will assume all costs arising from the dispute, which can be more than € 20 per purchase.

Each purchase is treated separately, so it is possible for some purchases to be won and others to be lost.
